"It is what it is" This statement is trash and means nothing. Its a way to give a non-answer everyone has accepted for some reason.
"No excuses, but.... 1. My wrist was hurt in camp. 2. The suit was a little heavy. 3. I broke my hand in the 2nd round. 4. He was cheating because he was stronger than me. 5. I really won the fight because I think the count was long (Because I don't know the rules).
