Where would the fighters on this list be rated P4P if active today at the same age they were in 2000?
The Ring Magazine's Annual Ratings: 2000
    • Shane Mosley.
    • Felix Trinidad.
    • Roy Jones Jr.
    • Oscar De La Hoya.
    • Diego Corrales.
    • Naseem Hamed.
    • Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    • Lennox Lewis.

Floyd in his prime at each weight beats the **** out of every current fighter from 130-147.

That applies to the era before him as well but let's assume for a minute you have an opinion on fighters other than Floyd. What about the rest of the list?

You've only got eight names there. Presumably Hopkins and Morales missing.

Can argue all day about who the better fighters are, but it's clear that a top ten from twenty-odd years ago was a lot more PROVEN than many of the names we've seen in around top tens these past few years. We used to moan enough back then about great fights not happening and politics getting in the way, but Jeez, those late 90s / early 2000s look like a veritable treasure chest of big-time fights between prime guys compared to what we get these days.

Lomachenko and Spence would outwork Floyd. Crawford is a 50/50 fight.

    Ennis is an unknown.

Floyd would have ducked every single guy, though.

Purely going off what I feel H2H:

    The champions-
    RJJ would be champion still
    PBF would still rule 130.

    Champion or paper titlists:
Hamed is hard to predict. I could see Navarrete beating him or vice versa.

    Paper titlists:
Corrales could win a title but even now might not be "champion" of 130. Cordina could starch him and nobody would be surprised.

    Contender or paper titlists:
Maybe Trinidad could beat Jermell. Maybe not
Mosley doesn't beat Crawford, I don't think he beats Spence.
ODLH beat Mosley, but I'll predict losses to Crawford and Spence still.
Lennox Lewis wouldn't beat Usyk or Fury.

They have Shane, Oscar and Corrales ranked above Floyd even though he beat all three of them

In 2000 Floyd hadn't beaten any of them

Its kind of like how Canelo is ranked ahead of Inoue. They just don't know it yet.
