he is undefeated. still young(23). goin against the tough Tim Coleman on ESPN2 FNF next week. what do you see in this young gunner's future? I think he has star written on him but he must show and prove since he hasnt fought anyone of merit just yet.

yeah augustus is tough but i thought he would beat him way easier. not to mention he is so young. i dont know if he has the mature mind needed to excel.

I hope he doesn't get popular, he is a complete baby and does not represent Michigan well.

He is a decent domestic talent, however his regional-grade skills do not impress me. He will lose to Euro-level professionals like Denis Shafikov, Ruslan Provodnikov, Serhiy Fedchenko, and will get decimated by dozens of other hungry, Euro-level athletes.

He's lazy and a little ******ed. Best hope is that one day he's a stepping stone for other fighters.

Most American athletes are stepping stones for Euro-level athletes. Taylor was a stepping stone for Abraham, Dirrell was a stepping stone for Froch, Alexander was a stepping stone for Kotelnik. Bradley will be a stepping stone for Ruslan Provodnikov if they fight. Mayweather would be a stepping stone for Euro-level superstars like Jan Zavek and Selcuk Aydin but is not brave enough to fight these tough, humble, Euro-level warriors.

In any other sport this guy would have been banned for life already.
He has 3 (from wich 2 consecutive) No Contests for failed drug tests :patsch

Needless to say I will be rooting for his opponent this Friday.

Vernon Paris is a phony ; a wannabe. He's all about the flashy flash. He's a legend in his own mind, but he's average. Weak mind, weak heart, and he is very lucky he hasn't lost a couple of fights already. Not a chance he will be a star.

What do Floyd fans think about this guy? He is from Michigan, but beyond that he is everything they would resent. :think
