Manny is relentless pressure- and Floyd is composed control. This is really a battle of styles- to the extreme. What i find interesting- is that they are both the opposite of their styles outside of the ring. Outside the ring- Floyd is a hyper- relentless- aggressive- in your face guy. Manny is the composed- , controlled, calm - grinning on the way to your murder guy. In other words- They each fight the opposite of the way they act, AND they each fight the way the OTHER acts . i mean you can almost imagine transplanting one anothers personality onto each other and it fitting more cohesively. just an observation as to why i think these guys are the Yin and Yang to one another- and another reason to love this fight! It reminds me of Heat- where Al Pacino is the cop- but he ****s anyone over- and hates his wife and kids, but Deniro is the crim - but he s loyal , and loves one woman only. fascinating characters- especially when drawn into contrast- Manny and Floyd.
