Said it was a GBP fighter in the interview with Kugan. Sounds like Ogogo, especially as he's been sparring with John Ryder.
hearn gets away with murder with these shows at times tune ups, stay busy, keep busy home comings, eliminator eliminators and now a string of olympians fighting getting an easy ride for 2 or 3 years.
****ing hell, I'd rather see Ogogo fight on a good bill in this country in 2 weeks rather than in 2 months in Mississippi!
This card looks like a joke from top to bottom. This is the season ending show. I see names, nobodies and TBA. This is the sort of shite we are used to from ***** where we spend weeks having to listen to how its a blockbuster. Expect to see some one sided ko's and maybe a competative fight or two in the form of Brook Jones, which will be used to dress up this card as something more than it was. This is simply a 'let's make some money and keep everyone busy' card from a promoter who has a big stable and a huge exclusive TV contract. I see very little on this card that shows any career progression for anyone, though it won't be spun like that in the post fight interview.
You cant keep everyone happy all the time some ppl just enjoy moaning, how is this lkke a fw card? This is full of quality fighters some good fights, the one sided fights will be the prospects but what do you expect, brook v jones will be a good fight and after 10 months out intresting to see how kell looks, mathews v coyle is going to be a belter, i dont think selby will be as one sided as ppl think, woodhouse v elfidh will be a good scrap , campbells 1st and ogogos 3rd pro fights are to be as expected to gain experience john ryder will not be getting a risky oponent having saunders lined up but again you cant blame hearn for that it will be a tune up fight probaly against a seasoned southpaw
