    Hi.

I subscribed to BoxNation for the first time in mid January and transferred £40 into a PayWizard account. The next day £20 (reg + first payment) came out of my bank account (not PayWizard) and went to BoxNation. The next month, mid Feb, another £10 payment came out of my bank account. And i have just received an email from BoxNation saying they couldnt take my payment for March, and that i have 10 days to sort it. I still have £40 in my PayWizard account. I don't really want to keep adding to that and then more funds come out of my bank account, and i end up with £80+ in my PayWizard which is no use to me. I juat assumed the money would have come out of my PayWizard account and that i would have £10 left in there not £40 - surely this would have been better?

Is this normal, had this worked for you? Basically i am paying x amount into PayWizard and the same amount is coming out of my account so i am effectively losing £20 from my bank account instead of £10. I emailed

and got a poor response back.

Does this happen with you, or do you put x amount into Paywizard and the money comes out of there? Is there something i need to tick / choose in PayWizard to get BoxNation to take the money from the £40 i jave in PayWizard.

Any decent response (not HTMI cable etc) would be appreciated.

    Cheers.

    :good

You don't need to add fund? Just let it take directly from your bank?

In my experience, yes most of the time but no the rest of the time when it's not yes although on some occasions its maybe then possibly when that isn't the case.

I emailed them and it got sorted:

  5. Most people recently have used the following procedure:

    1. Cancel subscription on paywizard and delete payment card details.
    2. Reply to

that your reason for leaving is the channel shows too many repeats of dog turd
    3. Come on the forum and laugh at the mugs wasting their £10 per month when all the fights can be streamed anyway at the same quality as Boxnation.

I did the same when I originally subscribed. Banged £20 in there but then it just sat there as the money came out of my account. I just withdrew the funds from Paywizard and let it take it from my bank instead.
