Another Boxnation rant

Let me start by saying I was happy with Boxnation and had no intention to cancel ! However I had payed 4 months of the minimum 6 month contract when I moved house, I changed from Sky to Virgin Media so cancelled my pay wizard account ( and e-mailed Boxnation to fill them in ) after several e-mails they want me to pay another 2 months on my Sky account EVEN THOUGH I no longer have Sky ! I WAS going to subscribe through Virgin Media and it would have been job done BUT Boxnation are telling me I have to subscribe through Virgin AND STILL pay for my Sky one ??????? They would have got my tenner via Virgin I can't see why I couldn't of just carried on my subscription that way ??????

No but why can't I change platforms for my cable ?

 

It's not the £20 that bothers me its just the principle that I joined them from the start and all I wanted to do is is transfer my account from Sky to Virgin ( i would of sent them proof if they wanted that I had subscribed through Virgin )

Moral of the story before you start your contract with Boxnation DON'T do it if you are thinking of changing cable provider lol

 

I've good alot of contracts haven't had a problem with changing my address on any of them apart from Boxnation ! Pay a tenner through Pay wizard or through Virgin WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE ?????? Not rocket science is it

Yeah but it's not very clever to lose a Tenner a month for aslong as the channel is going over £20 is it ? Doesn't matter now anyway I've told them to reinstate the pay wizard account and I'll cancel in two months and I won't renew with Virgin ! As I said in my original post I was happy with Boxnation all I wanted to do was carry on with Virgin ????? I really can't see what was wrong with that ? They would of got payed exactly the same

 

Very good lol On a serious note though can you see my point ? Boxnation is on both platforms all I wanted to do was transfer ! I'd understand if I was just unsuscribing early or something but as I said I wanted to carry on subscribing just through Virgin instead of Pay Wizard

 

Not the same really mate is it ? It's like my Car Insurance provider saying cause you've moved house you have to keep paying but you'll have to park at your old address ? Boxnation is on BOTH Sky and Virgin and is exactly the same on both the only difference is who you pay through
