I was rooting for Clottey but I think Cotto squeaked by with a tight decision. I think he needs to tighten up his defense if he decides to fight Floyd or Pac or he will be picked apart all night. I think the determining factor in this fight was the extra point from that flash knockdown in round 1. All in all a great fight thought :good. I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch
I think Cotto's offense will help deter Floyd or Pacman. But tightening up his defense is needed for these iron chinned pressure types. I too would like to see a rematch with Clottey. It was a good fight.
Only to a certain point will Cotto's offense help him. Defense masterminds like Floyd will pick up on it within 4 rounds or so UNLESS cotto changes up and switches to southpaw like he started doing
