Against Marlon Hayes, the "Rumblin Man". Impressively, 41 year old Marlon is 23-11. A former middleweight, Marlon's came in at a formidable 219lbs on a 5'9" frame. Before this fight, Marlon had not fought since 2007. And, he is 3-10 in his last 13 fights.

Wilder should be ashamed to walk the streets. His handlers should be ostracised across the global boxing community. The promoters that keep promoting this horse **** should be flogged in the middle of a ring in a filled arena.

I don't understand what Wilder and his handlers want for his career. Maybe he can make a small career from fighting 8-rounders against cans, and maybe that's what he wants to do. But if he has any ambition to advance beyond his current trek, he needs to start fighting real opponents soon.

:lol: Did you actually watch it?

By all verifiable ringside accounts (by actual boxing media types) Wilder looked TERRIBLE, and Hayes was able to frustrate him with his spoiling and survive until an iffy referee stoppage after the bell.

A lot of fighters pull out from fights with Wilder because of KO %. But yes, he is complete garbage.

Why is it so hard for so many of you to understand? Wilder has a bit of power (how much we don't know because they keep putting him in their with China Chinned Chumps who are there to be punched into oblivion), height, and reach. His fundamental Boxing abilities are crap, he is not that athletic, and he has a Glass Jaw from hell. There is no mystery as to why he is being kept from guys who can fight or even those who can't fight but at least can burst a grape. It is because he has no Chin. None.

An out-of-shape, fat slob of a former MW with a Glass Jaw, to boot. Wilder is a disgrace to Boxing.

maybe in his 40th fight he will face Zack Page ... and get his assed kicked by Zack :)

it will be end of brilliant wilder's career.

**** me, Szpilka's in his 8th fight faced more decent boxer that Wilder faced ever in his career, and propably would face until his 40th fight...

what is make me most ****in mad is career of very solid prospect Mike Perez. They have a lot of problems with find a decent rival for him cuz everyone are scared. You will see Perez for 1 or 2 years will step into 1st league of HW and will clean this division of ****in bums.

    You guys don't get it.

Wilder is so dangerous, a lot of fighters simply won't fight him. It is a fact that his last three opponents changed their minds (came to their senses?) and pulled out before the fights happened.

He looks a little off balance at times, but mostly because he is fighters opponents that often have bizarre styles. It's hard to look good against such opponents, even when knocking them all out.

    - And this is the nature of the sport of boxing, sad to say. Who has Chagaev fought? Boytsov? Sense a trend here? Same problem.
