Meaning you're already used to GBP's lies, antics, jokes??

Marquez's base salary is $2 million for the bout. TV undercard combatants Chris John will get $50,000; Rocky Juarez $80,000; Michael Katsidis $125,000; and Vicente Escobedo $90,000.

Mayweather's purse won't be known until Friday because of deductions, says Keith Kizer, executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. The IRS is expected to attend to collect back taxes. According to Kizer, the agreed upon total is "unofficially $5 million."

What dont you get about this buxzer?

Almost no one will be forking out for tickets to come see John or buying the PPV because of him.

Juarez actually has a following...people know him, they are familiar with his work and he has been on T.V many times.

Its simple dollars and cents..no matter how unfair it seems.

Yeah I got it... John is not yet a name recognized in the US... It's just unthinkable for them/GBP to offer this kind of money to John when John can easily make larger amounts in Indonesia, Australia or Japan...

I kept hearing fans demanding John to fight in the US to see how good he is and then he's only rewarded with this lowly sum after taking these risks??

I have nothing against Rocky but I'm hoping John beats the **** out of him this time around to make a statement... Sorry Rocky...

A professional boxing match can never be a joke, those are just hating idiots who love that kind of junk and you're also an idiot who seems to pay quite a lot of attention to it. As a Pac fan myself I must wonder, are you THAT worried about Mayweather's return and a possible fight with Pac that the insecurity comes in various trolling threads?

Trinidad's return was against Mayorga coming off a loss to Spinks moving up two weight divisions to middle weight, where are the articles to joke on that fight?

Pacquiao hosted a mega event in the Philippines fighting Larios who was moving up two weight divisions coming off a 3rd round TKO loss to Vasquez. Where are the articles to joke on that?

And I can keep giving you more and more examples though it's pointless as I don't think you would know who the **** I'm talking about. I'll be happy if you know who Trinidad is, at least.

Doubt JMM would go all the way back to 130, 140 sounds reasonable, he was fighting at 135 before he decided to move up.

The joke is Chris John (who defeated JMM and robbed by Juarez) gets $50,000 purse while Juarez gets $80,000 and JMM gets $2 million...

Scar, that was a tune up fight that Pac wanted to give his countrymen and Larios (for a big payday) as a gift. They sold tickets at a price almost for free. Besides, nobody was screaming Pac should be number 1 p4p after that fight right?

It looks like some of the undercard fighters fought so that Money Mayweather could pay his bad taxes.
