    Mercer was badly shaken up vs Holyfield before he went down. Holy was an " off and on " fighter. Holyfield was " on " vs Mercer. It was one of his best performances.

    Regarding Mercer vs Lewis, Lewis passes a test. Mercer is not an easy man to fight. In a way he's a truth machine. If your chin or stamina falters, Mercer will knock you out. The two went toe to toe at times.
