Your pretty biased on this fight, Horn's about the worlds worst person and the ref next if i remember. Have you ever judged top level boxing to make all the claims you do?

Pac's diminished size showed in this fight, Floyd is larger, faster
not as spent (although still over the hill now) and a far better
defensive fighter. Floyd also knows how to fight on the inside
and knows how to combat dirty inside fighting. I doubt Floyd would
    struggle with Horn at all.

if you're saying "ohh judging is difficult because you're just sitting down staring at the fight in one view in real time" then you pretty much proved my point. There are many ways various video feeds of the fight have and advantage over the viewpoint of the judge, nevermind that a recorded video can viewed over and over again to catch better details.
IMO why does boxing even rely on "ringside" judges nowadays..most athletic sports now rely on combination of sensors and video replay to determine better results of the outcome... it's ok if they just do a prelimary judging, but to have a final say and make stupidly bad decisions like this.. gah

that depends, if mayweather doesn't get a ref to stop horn foulling (like in maidana 2).. then he'd get his head smashed by horn's flying skull and then choked to exhaustion

THE HORNY HORNET will prevail. He has Floyd on his short list , oh i hear them (hornets) buzzing about already. Jus wait n see, after jr whips mcconnor, we will be clamoring about jr vs horn.

personally i think id like to see Horn vs. Mcgregory...since he likes to foul so damn much. mcconnor might have the fight plan just for him.

The thing is though, Floyd would fight fire with fire, he'll hit on the hip,
elbow another fighter back, sneak shots in. He'd give just as good
    on that end.

To find out if indeed Horn uses such tactics all the time or this was totally out of character for him, I recently picked one of his fights at random. He was pitted against this 40 year old AA boxer with dangerous power who managed to send him to the canvas. From that point on I saw Horn slam his his knee to the groin as the boxer fell on his back from a punch a they were trading in the inside.

Horn faked slipping with the opponent and delivered a quick knee to the groin as the boxer landed on his back with legs temporarily apart. It is one of the most brutal groin shots I have ever seen in boxing. Astonishingly, announcers began proclaiming that they were perplexed as to why the opponent was writhing in pain. In fact, even when the replay in slow motion clearly revealed the swift knee to the groin they still expressed a certain reluctance to give it any importance.

Horn was also glaringly missing hooks on purpose in order to follow through with elbows into the opponent's face. The ref was saying nothing and Horn only stopped when the opponent himself signaled that Horn was using his elbows. Of course one can't judge by just two fights. I UI would need to view some more of his fights in order to determine whether this is his usual strategy. In any case, it is quite obvious that if need be he is quite willing an able to throw all rules to the wind and turn the fight into a no hold's barred affair.

To be honest, what really gets me about such tactics is the ref cooperation. The possible reasons why they are allowing it immediately come to mind. After all, what keeps a ref from placing bets on the fight results?
Why should we expect refs to be totally impervious to the temptation of a bribe or the harassment of a threat? The same thing applies to the judges who seem to come up with these ridiculously skewered scorecards and to commentators who come up with BS statements that even a five-year-old can see are biased.

    BTW
The opponent wasn't provided with a chance to recover from the bludgeon to the groin. The ref just kept counting.
