Another of Hatton's supposed big wins takes a massive hit

    J.L.Castillo,20 years after turning pro and shot to bits, got beat up and called it a day mid-fight the other night. Ring a bell? That's right, less than 3 years after the same happened against Hatton. The rot set in long before the Hatton 'fight', and has since escalated in a series of nothing bouts.

    He was obviously pretty much done after the brutal first fight with Chico in 2005, later resorting to disgraceful cheating on the scales and relying on gift decisions, like against Ngoujou, who ain't nobody.
    Then along came Wicky, licking his lips and claiming (laughably) that Castillo was 'one of the best p4p fighters ever'. The fight was a farce, as most predicted, with the smaller and shot Castillo getting wrestled around the ring before staying down from a powder-puff body shot.

    So lets not be hearing any nonsense about how Castillo was still a top level operator in mid 2007. Most of us called it before the fight.

    **** off Betty, I don't particularly like Hatton either, but this is probably the most pathetic attempt to slate someone's record I've ever seen. It wasn't a prime Castillo he fought, but it was a much better version of him than the one who fought Gomez.
