Dunne did not bottle it before but now is the right time for him to fight Munroe. Munroe is in a stonger position now as Euro champ and one fight off a world title fight. Dunne is coming off a bad loss to go with the other bad loss but still has the ability to stick with the best of the division. Munroe is not a big puncher so the fight suits Dunne and Munroe would certainly love the fight.

    Hopefully it gets made.

    Good fight for both.

It's a way for Dunne to get back on the horse in a fight he can win against a top ranked opponent.

Yeah same as above..good fight for both. Munroe is still quite a bit off the level of fighting the likes of Nishoka.

    That's fair.

If he can't beat Munroe he has nowhere to go anyway.

i dont really wana see this. the article from the frank maloney propaganda department on the main page is so ridiculous its funny. the bin man is without a doubt one of the most boring fighters ive seen in a british ring and ko loss or not dunne doesnt need to waste his time fighting this guy.

where would this fight be anyway? in front of 500 people in some random leisure centre or 9000 in dunnes home of dublin? that raises another point, why would dunne fight a guy that does nothing for his legacy or current career and in doing so give the guy whos been bad mouthing him by and far the highest pay day of his life? stick to the bins

Yeah would love to see the fight, but dont know if it will happen, think both managers have different agendas for them, risky fight for both.

:rofl:rofl.... welcome clown !!! .... r u joking ! ...**** me another Dunnes the greatest ... well mate as soon as you realise Dunne has no where to go and probably needs this fight more than Two tone then you should be ****in grateful Maloney has offered the cash on the table ...

As far as Munroe being boring well you must watch to many Rocky movies . Munroe is an excellent tactical boxer and thats how he beat Kiko twice (Dunne lasted how long ??) and thats how he outboxed Maldrottu down the home stretch to win .... Dunne will be another victory for two tone before bigger things !

Munroe will simply outwork and bully Dunne around the ring ... Dunnes best punches will be absorbed by Munroe and i wouldnt be surprised if Munroe finished it late ....

Translation : After the unimpressive fight with Simone Maludrottu which most people think Munroe actually lost, team Munroe realise fighting Nishioka would be suicide so they are now trying to goad Dunne into a fight as Rendall Munroe has nowhere left to go!!!

Munroe now realises that his days are numbered as EBU champ & wants to cash out against Dunne.

lets be honest dunne isnt going to let munroe push him onto the ropes and bully him , i saw munroe live in dublin and was not impresed he was **** until the other lad broke his hand

dunne has great footwork and is a world class boxer whereas munroe has found his level and dos not look like he is improving tbh

his only hope is a big knockout as dunne could live with any boxer at 122 if it wasnt for his chin

i have a feeling it wont hbappen though as dunne said he is moving up to 126

Paddy P i knew it would only be a matter of time before you crawled out from under the rock ! .... Munroe has nowhere to go !! LOL.... who has been KO'd in 2 of his last 6 fights ??? ... Munroe is Euro champion and on the verge of a world title bid .... i think you got it wrong again ! Dunne needs this fight more than Munroe .... and he actually won check the records again !
