Seeing as how both teams find excuses about not making the fight, I can already see it in the near future how team Pacquiao might use Mayweather's behavior as yet another road block for not coming into terms.
I don't believe Pacquiao is afraid of Floyd, but Arum will say somewhere along the lines of "we don't fight that kind of fighters.. dirty fighters".. or "he doesn't deserve to fight with pacquiao".

Arum will float that out there, to be sure. But that one will only go so far, they need something else.

I know that avoiding taxes is the American way and all, but seriously, if Pac wants to fight here, make his money here, why can't he train here and pay taxes like the rest of us? He doesn't need to train in the Philippines. He chooses to so that he can avoid taxation. And please don't give me that crap about being close to family. He has a home (possibly homes) here and he flies his family, friends, mistresses, and fellow politicians over here for all of his fights. What gives?

    I c wat u did there

But no Philippines has been a part of his training regimen for a long ass time. If it aint broke dont fix it

Also the different atmospheric environments are what he trains with as well I suppose

Easy, cause he has 3 taxes to pay. Us tax, Arum tax, and the trainers. Arum is his biggest tax

Pacquiao fought a PED cheat, a guy busted for trying to load his gloves, and a **** drinker. Cmon now, fighting a cheap shot expert and possible homosexual is nothing compared to that.
