You about summed it up. Cokzaghe has the worst resume I've ever seen on a retired "champion". It's like he retired before he even got started but we had to suffer through 44 fights and over a decade of his pathetic defenses. He should have just retired as the greatest living WBO champion after the Eubank fight.
