a little different than the others with not charging the fighters a fee, outsourced rankings, and only 1 title.
    can they make a difference?

No. That's essentially what The Ring's title is and they don't have a lot of say, despite the prestige related to their title. Plus any new organization that is saying "we will do this and that", all for the good of boxing, will eventually be as corrupt as the others, when they realise how much money they can make.

then they should of raised their sanctioning fees. So its not about the money.

Well, the Ring isn't a sanctioning body. It has great recognition, but it's not a sanctioning body, so it does not have the authority of a sanctioning body. If one governing body takes total supremacy, it is possible for it to become the only sanctioning body. As long as one body is doing things right, whether it's new or old, it makes me happy. Just the possibility that it could one day become the sole governing body is a very good opportunity.

they JUST started their organization. They're starting with a relatively low fee that only the promoter pays but if they did happen to catch on, I think it's very likely they'd eventually raise them. I don't see them expanding beyond a regional thing if that.

    YES!!!

I now dream that someday there shall be an IBF/WBA/WBO/WBC/IBA/IBC/IBS unification fight to restore world order.

Let's give it a chance. Not as just another sanctioning body and yet another 'world' title, but given it's not going to make a difference and become another recognised 'world' title, it might make some difference with the message it is sending [outsourced rankings, fees, no super/interim champs etc].
