Another slap to mike tysons face

Plus, his style is impetuous and his defense is impregnable!

There was a thread a while ago about what it'd be like if Tyson and Lewis were on the same color commentator panel. That'd be absolutely golden to watch!

 

Mike has dont a lot of crazy stuff, true. But I feel sympathy for him. He's been through a lot in his life. When you see him talk in his more recent interviews, it looks as if he's deep down a good person.

 

Tyson's always just 1 fender-bender away from another jail term. Roach would be irresponsible to his fighters to bring Tyson into the fold.

I'm sure he can get a job working with fighters somewhere if he wants it. His name would be a boon to most any gym. But he's got alot to prove and you don't do that starting at the top.

 

Everyone deserve a second chance but not starting from the top..

 

When i heard Tyson maybe going to make porno couple years ago, i was kinda shocked.. and hoped it was just a joke! as an old fan of him i really hope he will get some succes training young fighters if thats what he wants, im sure a lot of young boxers would like to work with him

 

Roach mentioned that Tyson doesn't have the patience to be a trainer and apologized for not picking him. If anyone knows Tyson then it's Roach as he worked with him for two fights.

 

Why dose'nt Mike Tyson just open his own ****ing gym.

 

I think Moorer is just a little more patient of a person and allows boxers to progress and learn from mistakes , Mike has a few too many demons yet but its not to say he wont make a great trainer in the near future....

 

Mike can make 100 000$ cash just appearing in public event in Russia, Africa and Europe so it is hardly an end of a world to him.

He can also start training fighters in some other gym if he wants im sure plenty of gyms would take him.

 

Freddies condition doesnt get any better, I dont think he sees Tyson as someone who could take over his roles.
But having said that, with the right backer, opening a Gym is not a bad idea and I think he'd make an excellent trainer for the right kid.

 

Just because someone was a great fighter doesnt always mean they will be a great trainer,and vice versa....

 

Roach slated Tyson the minute Tyson dumped him as trainer.

Comes as no surprise, im not a fan of Roach as a person but he is a good trainer.

Roach said Tyson wasn't stable...just Tyson has the right direction to train fighters..but Tyson would just add more publicity into the scene and be more of a distraction. Roach said Moore had similar thinking as him so it's no surprise.
