I do agree that if a fighter is well behind after say nine rounds and showing visible facial swelling then the ref should step in. Maybe public scoring after nine rounds would be a step forward.

Eduard been sedated after surgery. Similar procedure to Blackwell I'd presume possibly in the same hospital.

I agree. Maybe the family have asked for hush, but there seems to be a disrespectful lack of media and public care and attention to his case compared to those involving British boxers. Fingers crossed for some positive news...
