He fought a skinny fat 155er who took the fight as a late replacement.

His speed didn't diminish at all. He faced someone who had good boxing skills and he acted like an idiot out there. If he had any intelligence at all he could have picked off Diaz from the outside with potshots instead he went in like a fool.

He shouldn't have jumped all those weight divisions and been a professional about it instead he acted like an idiot inside and out of the ring

This. I'll give Mcgregor credit though, since he could've easily waited for Dos Anjos, but he gave Diaz a shot at a higher weight class. That said Mcgregor clearly underestimated what extra weight can do to your performance.

From my understanding both McGregor and Diaz are 155 fighters, they just didn't cut for this fight at fought at their walk around weight (high 160's)

McGregor was looking pretty good in round one. Landed some big shots and pushed Nate back.

McGregor ****ed up when he started exchanging with Nate. You could tell the shots were rocking him everytime Nate landed.

He didn't put on any extra weight for this fight. He normally cuts about 30 pounds to fight at FW. The difference was he was in with a guy his own size who could take his power.

McGregor's ****yness and lack of respect for his opponent is what got him humbled. He was literally carving Diaz's face up, with precision shots. Lead uppercuts, hard crosses. He was on his way to stoppage on cuts, as Diaz's face was falling apart, and bleeding far too much for it not to be stopped in the next round. Instead of upping the pressure, he wanted to nod, smile, talk, laugh at Diaz's smack attempts, have his chin untucked until that Diaz cross blasted him, and made him unsteady like a guy put out of a bar at 4AM. That's what he gets for not being all business in the ring. **** all that ****y bravado, taunting ****. Be all business.

Ghost berto etc. Even had to catchweight nelo instead of manning up to 154... pathetic attempt at defending floyd.. ps om not even a fan of mma so get a clue with your hero talk.

McGregor was beating Diaz ass hard but the thing with Diaz, he will eat your punches and keep coming forward.

Not many fighters would have survived the punches McGregor landed so big shout out to Diaz and his chin

It did. He was clearly faster than Nate but he was slower than what he normally is.

Lol at the idiotic s**t people say to either praise or criticize Mayweather.

Also, comparing boxing to mma is moronic. There is a significantly higher chance that a mixed martial artist will lose a fight as compared to boxing. Way more variables.

LOL are you serious? McGregor is taller, has a wider/bigger body but Floyd is bigger than him? Are you re****ed. Does Floyd look like a fking zombie and drained to **** when he fights at welterweight, which is 2 pounds above where McGregor used to pick on smaller guys? Jesus you'Re dumb.
I actually like McGregor, but his fanboys are as annoying as Golovkin fans so I do take some joy in his loss, since I know you guys are on suicide and excuses watch.
Let's not forget that Diaz had a 1 week training camp.
