me n another cat do push-ups the same way, but which looks like everybody else does em...neways, my wrist has always been messin w/ me, and i notice that when i do push-ups it aggitates it a lot. he just got back from boot camp n training or and the sgt. would tell him he was doing his push-ups wrong but never told him how he was doin em wrong and both of his wrists have been messed up since he went down there. my question is i know it's hard to explain over words but how do u do a correct push up???? or does anybody have a diagram or nething??? thanks
I am in the same boat as you mate. My left wrist has been bothering me ever since I was 15 (Going on 5 years now, it seems to be a long time). I have long since stopped doing push-ups on my palms. I would advice you to try and do them on your knuckles instead. Keep your wrists straight (in line with your forearm), and just do the push-ups as you'd normally do. It can be a little tough on your knuckles at first, if it hurts to much just put a towel on the floor and place your knuckles on it. Hope that's of help to you.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^lmao(at the lil argument)...thanks for the advice...i used to do em like that all the time when i was younger, don't really know y i stopped, but when my wrist gets back to good i'll give it a shot. thanks
