Hi all, First time posting in thsi section. I just read that in training Anselmo Moreno runs 11 kilometers every morning at 4:00 am and again at 4:00 pm with sparring/pads in between. Is this normal? I love running can only due 5-10K every 2 days due to damage done on roadwork. Surely 22K is wrong?
Stupid. Tomas Hearns overtrained for SRL fight, also running 10k and doing 12-14 rounds sparring. Outome? Lost by KO
Theres a saying , from years ago, probably me who said it :rofl. What does the CNS respond to the most, the slap or the Tickle, without damaging Structure. Tests we have done, looks like the Tickle Wins.
When you're training for a potential 36 minutes of work, you shouldn't be running no damn 22k a day. You're far better off with running 5ks and having proper HIIT.
That makes no sense, the CNS responds and adapts to anything. The stronger the signal the greater the difference in adaptation. To adapt you need to damage the structure, in a sense. Also what tests? What journal can I read them in?
