Who wants to see this fight?
Talk about a high class defensive fight, I"m sure it would be better than what we saw tonight. What do you all think?

Yeah I'd like to see it, Rigondeaux wins easy but after that performance who doesn't he beat easily at 122 or below

Rigo will tear a non-puncher up.

Rigo one of the very finest fighters on the planet.

I expect Moreno will never enjoy the accolades he got in his 15 minutes of fame.

I don't see Rigo beating Moreno easily, his awkwardness and equally effective defense along with his length would cause problems from Rigo.

it would be a excellent chess match to see who could make the other lead.

Moreno might be the guy in the weight range to force Rigo to lead. That doesn't mean he wins, but it could be an interesting style clash.

Moreno moves alot and pot shots. He could possibly be a more
stylistic problem for rigo than was donaire. Besides, he's the only
guy for rigo at 122 that makes sense now.

Why not put him in against the guy that schooled Moreno?

I agree. I also think Moreno would be better at using his length advantage than Donaire.

    This match could not happen.

    I mean literally. Too slick.

The ref would be slipping and falling on his ass every five seconds. You may as well pour Crisco over every square inch of the ring.

Rigo would be the offensive fighter in that matchup and would likely stop him. I don't see Moreno escaping.

But here's the thing. You're at the top of the division....why fight Mares' leftovers? Go for the fights casuals could appreciate. Rigo would get **** on for fighting Moreno bc most people dksab.

Yeah i already made a thread saying i wanted this. There aren't going to be many guys lining up to face Rigo and Moreno coming off a loss and not an attraction to begin with would probably be the best and most likely opponent to take the fight. Moreno, Yamanaka, Cruz are the fights i'd like to see most. Mares too obviously but very unlikely.

Great fight...interesting fight as well. Stylistically, the toughest fight for Rigo at the weight class. And with that said, If I'm Rigo and his team, I'm staying the hell away from Moreno because of that. He's a tough, tough match up, and there's about 2 dollars on the table. Not worth it. May as well just take on Mares and get paid.
