ok sorry, but it wasn't defensive mode, I thought it was FUNNY because I am accusing you of jealousy in a put down way from a smart ass point of view,,, a cheap shot so to speak, a jab at guys that were not as muscular ASSUMING that I meant you which I admit was a cheap shot, however, I wasn't being defensive about it, I was trying to be a smart ass thinking it was funny, thus sorry, my bad.

my point stands, I don't claim to be huge like AJ, I am not, however, growing up I was big and got accused of doing steroids and I never did steroids. My point is guys that have great muscle definition and mass automatically get accused 100% across the board as being on PED's and I don't think its a 100% across the board.

If I am wrong I am a total idiot I admit.

He's juicing, its pretty ****in obvious.

You can try to play the "genetics" card, which is slightly correct. Black people tend to blow up faster than whites when it comes to muscle building and strength training. Black people only need to look at weights and they get big. However, the human body has a limit when its natural, it can only get so strong and so big. Joshua has a ridiculous amount of muscle and no fat on his body, not to mention they say he trains almost everyday, which is impossible.

I'm 6'1, 202 pounds in good shape. Been lifting weights since I was 15
    360 bench
    450 DL
    375 squat

And I don't even look close to Joshua in terms of musculature. The dude is in the juice no doubt

Also, if you really think ANY of the top athletes in the world are clean, you are naive and ignorant.

so you are now down to 99% from 100%

    that's a start.

You think 99% are on them?

So you don't think its possible to get as big as Lennox or Vlad as you claim 99% they are both on them correct?

I do think its possible to get that big without PED's.

I also think some guys are scared to use PED's because of fear from long term health problems whereby ones system goes into a DROP of testosterone production after the PED's are stopped as the body becomes so quickly adjusted/addicted to PEDs. These drops are in normal testosterone are not like clock work, thus stopping PEDs prior to testing to test clean is not as risk free as dudes that know little about PEDs think :bbb

probably 90% of elite level boxers are on some sort of performance enhancing drugs. its very possible to get away with using it

First off, show me the evidence that Joshua is in the gym every day!

Secondly, the mai phase of hyper trophy occurs when you sleep, many weight lifters train split routines in order to rest one muscle group while training another so it is indeed possible to train everyday and get results if you wanted to.

You're a good example of someone with a little bit of knowledge being dangerous!

Parker says he trains 3x a day, 6 days a week, goes to bed early, eats healthy and sleeps on Sundays.
The training is varied so that it works different muscle groups, and is a balance between cardio, strength and technique.

He's a couple of years younger than AJ, but his body looks more "believable" as to what can be done without drugs

To me, it looks like "juicers" actually have juice in their muscles, as their unbelievable muscle definition, and especially their abdomens look bloated

One of my best friends was Duncan Dokiwari.. Everyone accused Duncan of steroid use, but I spent best part of 7 years with Duncan and know for a fact he even sniffed at taking supplements.. He was all natural and vegetarian.. He was just a huge strong guy..

Hes young and has good genetics his occupation is an athlete which is why he has personal fitness and nutritionalists to aid him...a bigger contrast would be the 6'5 lewis who went from lean skinny compared to his 250 frame leading up to the 2000's.As an amateur he was decent size why couldn't he fill out naturally at 6'5?
