I disagreed with Davison throwing in the towel against Lara but it was the right thing here (regardless the ref would have stepped in otherwise). Cacace isn't getting any younger so I would like to see him waste no time in moving on to another meaningful fight; Nunez would be ideal (and incredibly entertaining).

Good fight that. Was surprised to see so many people having Wood ahead on here. I thought it was competitive but had cacace clearly ahead. There were some ebbs and flows though

Don’t know why he threw the towel in after what Wood has came back from in the past, yes he was hurt, but he took much more in the first against Conlan, then the same in the 2nd and came back to win.

Wood also hadn’t taken huge punches throughout the fight, it was only in that round where he took several big punches, give him a chance man…

Woods won some early rounds but that's all.

Brilliant fight and awesome performance from Cacace. He’s on a great streak of wins, especially at his age.

Who ****ing cares what people had it, it was a close fight after 4.....could've been 2-2, or 3-1 either way then it was clear Cacace took over, ****ing hell get a grip.

Wood had his back turned. It was gonna be stopped sooner or later.

I made the mistake to pick against cacace in his last fight too (or was it in the previous one? I cant 100% remember). Not anymore. That guy is an amazing fighter and with an outstanding technique.

I would like him to hit a bit harder though, as I said.

wonder what official card was at time of stoppage. I didn't do rnd by rnd , was watching and doing stuff. Eye balling it it looked like Cacace .

I just gave a few of the early swing rounds to Wood, gave Wood’s definite rounds to him, and also one of the mid swing rounds, it’s just that the rounds Cacace won, he won them more clearly.

Cacace's jab is a scoring machine. It cant be more eye catching. Fast, clean, neat and forcing the oponent's head back in such a way that it is impossible that the judges can miss it.
