Anthony Crolla vs. Ricky Burns & Sam Eggington vs. Mohamed Mimoune RBR.

I really hope we don't see a rematch. I am in no place to tell a boxer to retire but if Burns really wants to fight again, feed him to Taylor so he at least gets a decent purse and decent crowd to see him off.

Crolla loses to Campbell so really hope Warren and Hearn pull their fingers out of their arses and just make that Flanagan fight.

 

So yeah pretty good fight, i felt Crolla had more afficent work than Burns, but Burns did well, definitely better than the Indongo fight, hopefully Burns doesn't retire he can still do something in the sport.

Burns clearly slipped a lot, few years ago this wouldn't of been close, I like both fighters also.

I don't think Ricky will retire just yet, even though he probably should.

Well it was a better fight than I'd thought it would be, it wasn't spectacular but for me it was close enough to make it entertaining.

 

Time to feed Crolla to Taylor - Burns vs. Davies?

 

Burns has always been so overrated. Mainly by the Brit media. Never viewed him as anything more than what we would term (in the old derogatory sense) 'euro level'.. B- level fighter at best! 3 weight champ is nice on paper but dissect it here & its bollock's. Numerous close calls & gift's. Respect to all boxers & not pulling the man down, just being real. He was never on Buchanan's level.

 

No doubt Eddie Hearn puts on the rematch cause he knows both these fighters get their asses handed to them by better fighters

Good fight I reckon,been a Crolla fan for a while but so many Brits in all sports are coached in such old fashioned ways and just don't have it at world level to be honest.
Taylor now he looks a bit different No?

 

Yeah. Taylor might have the makings of a future elite fighter

 

Not many are on Buchanan's level though.
