Anthony David Benavidez vs. Caleb Hunter Plant & Chris Colbert vs. Jose Valenzuela RBR.

I don't envision any scenario in which Benavidez stops Canelo. Whatever one thinks of the red-headed Mexican, he has an iron chin and the will to match. He also brings more firepower to the table than any previous Benavidez opponent.

 

The guys a complete *******.

 

I have no love for Canelo but I would definitely favor him against Benavidez, as he has far more in the tool chest than David.

I don't dislike Plant but he strikes me as a lowlife. He is street, through and through. I don't trust anything about that guy. There are a lot of guys who have had it tough but still have morals and integrity. I don't think he has those things. Maybe I'm being too judgemental about him but that is just the way he comes off. As to him not being there for his daughter, no surprise. Stories like this are used all the time to promote athletes.

 

Just read this now, didn't know about it, wasn't surprising though knowing Plant, sad.

 

Why I hate all the sad stories every major boxing event seems to want to portray. Everyone goes through **** in life and still wakes up and goes to work everyday.

 

Every time I read anything about that I just get sick. What an absolute ass-bag.
