Ellis got stuck right in front of Benavidez and paid the price, but damn, what a chin. Bring back the jab, move, hope Benavidez punched himself out.

 

Ellis getting worn out now. Fighting to survive. Benavides letting his hands go at will.

 

Can't speak for others but my fandom is based on him being entertaining to watch, good offense, a little sadistic, and stepped up young, rather than thinking he will be ATG in quality (and he still young, maybe he does get there).

 

Benavidez has a terrific offense, very well rounded but no defensive wizard that's for sure

Ellis coming out trying to reclaim some ground, but has to retreat. Benavides hammering away with the jab, advancing and hurting Ellis. Goood chin on Ellis. Could see a corner stoppage in a few rounds if this keeps up.

 

Benavidez coming forward like the Terminator and ****. No head movement, just unloading on you from distance. Ellis trying to move but not countering anything.

Can Benavidez even get tired? He's all about pressure and power combos, everything looks like it hurts the opponent. Ellis still there though but getting busted up something bad.
