Anthony Dirrell vs Badou Jack IS ON!!!

Froch the punching bag has one of the best resumes at SMW and is arguably number one since Ward hasn't fought a top SMW for 3 years. Jack is not on the level and would get sparked by the Groves that fought Froch. Froch may not be the most talented fighter but he beats talented fighters.

 

Waiting for his trainer to be Tarantino.

 

Terrible first defense for Tony Dirrel.

But Zurdo is coming off a tough win vs Vlasov that will take some time to recover from.

But guys like Groves, Steiglitz, Sturm, Smith, Chudinov, and even Maderna would have been far better defenses. :huh:huh:huh

Then again.....Froch's first defense of the IBF title he won from Bute was Mack.
So if Froch is allowed a soft touch waiting out a better name, I guess Tony can get a pass as well while waiting on JR or Lefty.:think

 

In fairness to Froch I think he expected to have to fight Bute again but he knew what time it was and wanted no part of the rematch seeing carl throw down with a contender stay busy fight.

This fight is a joke. Anthony Dirrell has an IQ of rock, while Badou's chin is made out of silly puddy...

It is a disgrace that one of these men will be champions at the end of the fight... :-(

 

Should be a good fight I'd take dirrell though

 

Frochs soft touch came after fights with Glen Johnson, Lucian Bute, Andre Ward, Arthur Abraham, Mikkel Kessler, Andre Dirrel, Jermain Taylor, Jean Pascal, and when Anthony Dirrel gets a run like that then he can have an excuse for a "soft touch".
