I'm winning something like 27-0. Always putting you in your place when you get too big for your boots, with my superior knowledge. It's boring.
I really hope for your own sake that you don’t genuinely believe that. In this thread alone you have said that Collins’ performance was otherworldly, despite also telling me that Benn had a shadow on his brain, he had balance issues and that he faked his ankle injury. You’ve also told me that you couldn’t remember typing something you’d literally just typed, and that you aren’t a fan of Eubank’s. Haha! I’ve never debated anyone like you. A guy who wants me to be banned, despite having both of his own accounts banned at the same time. Oh my.
Here’s one you’ll like: You: “Benn had balance issues and a shadow on his brain” Also you: “He looked like a prime version of Joe Frazier!” Haha!
He was bobbing and weaving like Joe Frazier in there, better than he ever had. Punching harder than he ever had. Etc. Steve Collins was his father and disciplined him. As I am to you.
I read the post again, the sentence clearly states that beating 44-0 Eubank in his 20th defence, followed by doing it again this time by 10 rounds and with different styles, and making Nigel Benn quit in two fights, was otherworldly compared to Anthony Dirrell. Stop taking things out of context and embarassing yourself, due to having nothing better to do in your life.
Just watched that foul fested Collins-Reggie fight again. Scored it for 'Irish' Steve Collins by two points, the Great White Hope. Reggie is still at his peak here. I had Johnson beating Castro both times, by three rounds and two rounds respectively, despite his speed having slowed a bit and now struggling to make weight. The Toney and Jackson fights I scored draws.
Of course he was. It was like watching ‘The fight of the Century’ from 1971. I believe he also looked like a prime Frazier against Malinga in Newcastle too. Haha! Only you could say that a fighter looked like a prime Joe Frazier, after saying that he was brain damaged with balance issues. You’re even out of Bailey’s league.
Um, well yeah, he did. It's called the bob and weave defense, a well known move in boxing? Benn did it wonderfully and very effectively against Steve Collins in both fights, both great fighters. The motion and loops ala Frazier were longer than what the textbook suggests or what Mike Tyson used, but it was mighty effective to make Steve Collins miss so many right hands, which was a shot previous opponents including the best in the world couldn't get out of the way of (it was Steve's hooks and jabs that were countered with body shots by McCallum and jabs by Kalambay). So, uhh, yeah, try and digest that, little man.
