He’s a numpty but has got out with his faculties in tact, made a bit of money and has a good business on the side. Can’t argue with that.
A sensible decision. His boxing level was not particularly high and at the same time he earned good money at Matchroom. I wish him all the best.
‘youse’ - yuck. tbf it looks like he been busy eating pie and chips daily with his mates aka ‘youse lot’. No major loss. Literally did nothing in the game. Enjoy your family time and keep selling your oil.
100% the right decision at the right time, which many fighters can’t say. By all accounts has a good business so fair play to him, got a whole life ahead to enjoy.
Good domestic fighter. Particularly enjoyed the fight against Fitzgerald. Fair play to him and hope all goes well in the future for him.
Those comments about Shane are meant to be well meaning but ****ing hell hahahaah Sure Shane wants everyone reminded that they're allegedly a bit light fingered with boxers purses
I didn’t like Fowler much, he seemed a bit corny at very David Brent on Twitter but I really enjoyed his fights against Fitz and Smith. The Smith fight in particular was a great effort from Fowler, hurting Smith early but then just being ground down by a superior fighter.
Made good money and leaving healthy. Was never going to go further than he did so he got out at the right time.
good post. So few do. I call that a successful career. Managed 17 years as an adult doing something he loved that he'd have dreamt of as a boy. That is a success. I am always happy when boxers get out healthy, relatively wealthy and on their own terms. We can applaud that.
Shame he never really kicked on but after that Smith loss there was nowhere for him to go really, fair play to him for knowing when to call it a day.
lovely boxer to watch yes numpty with pram thing also his business even if its good its a load of shite hes selling a stupid product gimmick to numpties fair does if the numpties buy it mind
