I actually rate him as a very good boxer

you are aloud to make appeals over bad judging decisions. Ireland made one when Joe Ward got robbed in turkey. lomachenko made one when he got robbed in baku 2011

gb don't make appeals for fowler because they have no grounds for appeal, its just him being a idiot
