Anthony Joshua - 2016 to 2019 - now that his reign has ended, where does he stand all time?

Not sure I could rate the bodybuilder until he apologizes for his recent prejudiced comments. Maybe the boxing commission should strip him of those shiny belts and give them back to the bomb squad?

Boxing is about making money. Point blank period.

Holding a title tends to allow for that and commissions tend to want the best/biggest draw boxers to hold their titles.

Point being holding titles and defending them doesn't really mean squat. case example: Deontay Wilder.

Fury just happens to have held the most titles of anyone in the current division because he enjoys travelling to their countries and slap them about for fun.

AJ just inherits or buys belts under the guidance of little Eddie. Fury will take his belts back soon enough.

 

I like Fury and the way he’s turned his life around. He’s good for boxing and a real character.
Some seem to think he’s unbeatable. Be lots of egg on plenty of faces if he comes unstuck.
Joshua on the other hand gets plenty of accusations thrown at him, I’m not his greatest fan but as he’s British l want him to do well, particularly against overseas fighters.
If, rather when Fury meets AJ, may the best man win.

I believe I recall that Dubblechin dude said Wilder has a better resume than Joshua. He’s delusional asf.
