He can't change that much, best plan would be to replicate the boring Vladimir Klitshko Jab and Grab style.

No, he need to learn how to fight like Spence, GGG, and Hagler who were physically stronger than their opponents and punished them on the inside.

He is not an inside fighter and never will be no amount of training camps or trainers is going to make him that type of fighter

Jab and grab is the only option for big AJ, keep it simple and boring, perfect a few things and stick to that.

Yes, but everyone better follow the discretion of his example in treading carefully and not going overtly down that road, or this place will turn into a slaughterhouse.

That's what I figured, and I definitely agree with it.

Why would he continue to do that when he has the strength to impose his will on his opponents? I've seen flashes of him being a good inside righter I could see him transforming to a Mercer-type fighter.

AJ is a great athlete but not smart enough to make use of that tremendous body.

This. He waste too much energy in the ring. I almost wish big George could work with Joshua, since I could see Joshua picking up a lot like Foreman’s efficient footwork and sneaky hooks and uppercuts.

Physically gifted my arse. He is a one dimensional plodding robot. His claim to fame is beating two elite 40 year olds in Wlad and Povetkin, thats it. Hes a good body builder though.

And relaxed, energy conserving style. Plus if someone gets too close without him wanting them in the comfort zone at that moment--how to use his strength to push them off..'begone until I want you there'...shove away type thing.

So you're telling me that AJ is not a physical specimen?

Anybody who subscribes to ideas about being ‘born’ and not ‘made’ guarantee that they’re not going to be successful in any dimension.
Joshua is a guy who is learning on the job, he started boxing very late and due to his physical dominance he hasn’t been pushed to develop skills as rapidly as others.
