90% of dudes dont know anything about being in shape. It cracks me up when dudes who are ****ing in disgraceful condition themselves act like they know.

Joe average down the road could get a good nutrition plan, start going to the gym 6 nights a week and if hes consistant and works hard they can have a comparative physique to Joshuas within 2 years.

But as i say 90% of dudes just arent disciplined like that and think any dude with abs and big arms must be "juicin"

It makes them feel better about their fat asses.

    That's pr
That's pretty much true, though l think it would take some people more than 2 years. Took me about 4-5 years of consistent lifting to get to the size l liked, then realised l didn't like being that big and leaned out, lol.

Many people who are even dedicated make mistakes with improper training programs and poor diet. Saw a guy yesterday had huge arms and shoulders but had a significant gut, clearly he trained right but couldn't stop stuffing his face.

    Lol no it is not.

As a bodybuilding physique, his is actually lacking. His chest development is just ok.

Hes lean and has a good amount of muscle but he doesn’t have a great V taper because his back isnt that well developed. He had good arm size and his shoulders are decent.

I LEGITIMATELY have a samoan friend who is 6'1" 98kg a gym freak who looks better than AJ, he used to be a rugby player and has been training for about 7 years but he looks better than Joshua

And thats training 1 hour per night and I guarentee you he hasnt juiced as its against his religion which his culture takes deadly serious.

I think when you first start training it takes a good 18 months to start doing it properly, like you say you end up switching routines up, getting your calories wrong, bulking too much, cutting too much, getting injuries from **** form.

But it took me about 3 years to get where i wad real proud of my physique, and thats me with a full time job, having a rotator cuff go etc.

Genetics and starting point plays a part, but with dedication it evens out.

Yes Russian and Chinese Athletes have failed a lot of tests recently.

But the reason is because of a politically motivated decision to conduct far more tests.

When you look at the statistics Russians athletes are popping dirty at the same rate as those from other countries. But those other countries are not subjected to the same astronomical increase in number of tests.

It took me a few years as well. I got to addicted to bulking. Every time I tried to cut it would just stress me out, at the first sign of loss of strength.

I skip legs day way too much, also. :p

We bother to do the testing because it's a pat each other on the back circle jerk.

Before the fall of the Soviet Union Doping was encouraged in sports.

Just like there was a space race and an arms race there was a competition in Sports between the US and the Soviets and both sides were juicing the **** out of their guys because each side felt they had to beat the other and Sports were a platform that everybody watched, where you could really make a statement and rally people behind your side with a big win in any popular sport.

Once the Cold War was over, all of a sudden the Anabolic Steroid Control act came along in the early 90s Yet they had already been around for over 40 years without anyone giving a flying ****.

Steroids became both illegal and vilified yet athletes kept becoming bigger, faster and stronger, no sudden performance decrease...how come? Because they kept using them and the whole thing is just a dog and pony show.

Supposedly clean Usain Bolt is significantly faster than proven to be juiced up genetic freaks Carl Lewis and Ben Johnson and people still believe in "clean sport".

It's almost as much of a joke as reefer madness. If you think atheltes before the 90s weren't Doping you are basically accusing them of being incredibly stupid for giving up a big edge by not doing something that was neither illegal nor vilified back then

What really last I heard he'd been banned from the Tour De France. Fricken hell cycling is a joke when it comes to doping it's even wide spread among non professional riders for **** sake. Cycling and Rugby in the UK is a hotbed of doping. You look at the UKAD banned list it seems half of them are cyclists or Rugby players.

I've been taking gym seriously for about 6 minths now, and whilst have seen decent development in that time I still have some distance to go to be where I want.

One of my best mates is lucky in the sense that he has good genes: tall, long limbs and seems to pack on muscle after a single work out, also his metabolism makes my blood boil regarding he can drink and eat whatever and won't pick up fat, not fair man.

It's rare but some people have the right genes.

Yeah I worked with a guy like that. I had been training a couple of years seriously, he would party during the summer and train during the winter and in a few months he'd make more gains in muscle and strength that I had ever. He'd slim out over the summer again as he didn't train then come winter he'd train and by the spring looked like a beast. Guy was just a beast, could do double body weight incline bench for reps at his strongest and was athletic too, he could do back flips when drunk.

yes, joshua could be juicing, he has an abundance of muscle development for a sport that revolves around stamina and mobility, but his size is very achievable all natural. he has extra muscle for what he wants to achieve, and that extra becomes more of a hindrance than an aid. he is not a small guy trying to put on quality mass to compete with bigger guys, he is a big guy that should be trying to shape his body to the task at hand, and thats throwing hard shots for 12 rds without gassing. losing muscle will not compromise his power and it will increase mobility and speed in every part of his body.
