That was not my intent, however it was their choice to let the driver drive. He was unlicensed to begin with.

Of course Turki adds legitimacy, and quite frankly you'd be a bit silly to think otherwise. He has a vested interest in ensuring the fight happens, and has already gotten Fury in the ring with Usyk twice as well as making other major fights in the sport. Claiming "nobody cares about Turki" is a bit odd as well considering the majority of the boxing world is kissing his backside every chance they get.

Yeah Fury is full of it half of the time, but as alluded to above I've made an exception because the biggest influence in boxing appears to be working with him. It's not to "kinda suit what I want to believe", and I've already been proven right that it was a legitimate offer because a contract followed and is currently on AJ/Hearns desk.

But again, nothing is final until the contract is signed. AJ has an exit if his tune up goes poorly, so we'll see how that goes first.

Bit harsh you still trying to levy some of the blame over the crash towards AJ and Co but wow what can I say lol

It's not an odd claim regarding Turki , they kiss his backside for money
    Nothing more

He offers more money but it's not like Hearn, Warren and Arum do not offer legitimacy
It's just a different time where they appear to have got lucky that the fan boy cash point is willing to pay more

Been proven right? Of course it was on the table, we've all known that for weeks, talks had once again begun before the accident
Nobody didn't know this! Interviews with promotions confirmed the talks were ongoing and contracts would be shared asap

Nobody thinks the money isn't there, it's Fury being Fury that makes the other side tread carefully
As I've said a million times though the Queensbury side of things were fully aware of what the Matchroom side wanted in order for it to go ahead yet still decided to try and goad AJ in to publicly accepting a fight with nothing signed against a fighter who has a chequered history and if they didn't work they'll spin it on to he declined
Which actually he never did, he said he will fight him on his terms ie when all is agreed

I don't think it's harsh at all, it's basic personal responsibility. I personally wouldn't let someone drive me that was unlicensed or unsafe and that's exactly why. Not sure why you're trying so hard to defend AJ for a situation that was within his control to prevent.

If Arum, Hearn and Warren had a shred of legitimacy it wouldn't take a "fan boy" with billions of dollars to actually make this fight. With these promoters its always another excuse and more delays.

Come off it. You're gonna rubbish Turki who's actually making these fights happen but not the promoters who are constantly jockying for A-side advantage or "marinate" the fights to the point that they either never happen or come 10 years too late? lol

They have tons of faults but your saying they have not a shred of legitimacy
    That's a lol comment

And I actually haven't rubbished Turki, please show me where I have?

Just like any of them a boxer will kiss a backside when it's worth it
This backside just happens to have more money

2 way street, same with a promotion ignoring a boxer once he is finished and there's no value

The whole marinating of fights is terrible but bare in mind those promotions have to try and make money, all be it being too greedy

Turki doesn't, well not right now

I have a very low opinion of promoters in general.

And you have. You described him as nothing more than a cashpoint.

Never said they were not legitimate tho

    Like they ain't capable

Hearn for example pretty much put the inital Fury AJ deal together only for Fury to pull out

Yeah AJ moved on first with Eddie Hearn stating multiple times they were not fighting Fury next. He even basically said in his speech after the Makhmudov fight he wasn’t fighting Fury next, but anything to hate on Fury.

Did AJ really move on on did he just state his intentions on the path to the Fury fight?

For what it's worth I'm a fan of neither so get that idea out of your head
I've criticised AJ plenty in the past
