In terms of pure force Joshua's 240+ Pounds (depending on BF% and weight) with speed equals damage.

But can he transmit all the force he builds up on the way?

Transmitting energy is also important than just generating force.

Its more factors than just weight*speed going on in a punch.

He surely is at the top. Its just Hard to measure such things on video.

Helenius for example hits as a truck. But he's a slow moving plodder with no gastank.

Yeah, it looks a bit rigged. :p

Just like that time where ''the total package'' Lex Luger pushed his Lex Express down the road.

Joshua is a very sharp accurate relaxed puncher, maybe a bit stiff but no more than Foreman 90's was and we saw how he hit.Foreman was not very accurate outside a jab or sneaky uppercut.Joshua is a faster Foreman with more accuracy.

Im sure Joshua hits harder than smaller men like Foreman or Wilder.

But other than mass*speed there is also transmission of power.

Raw egg vs boiled egg vs window.

Remember when Mike Tyson was 19 years old, had 19 fights and 19 straight KOs?

Yeah, I think Joshua has a far better resume than Tyson at 19 fights.

The resumes arent even close.Joshua by far has anyone beat in 19 fights ...Ali was saved by the bell in his 19th fight to a guy not even in his weight class ,had the same standards applied that are today..hes the best though and people talk about who joshua has not fought like that detracts from real life skills? lol

George did lift weights in his comeback and strong man training...he credits this to also being an improved fighter in his comeback. only fools follow fools...weights are certainly an advantage with CORRECT training. i actually used the pummeling machine( better version too) back in 1992...now they are a great product for punching /and endurance. it was called the arm cycle though...lol...im pretty sure i was the only one who first used it as a form of improved punching,i didnt even box then,i was dabblin in HB work in my backyard with little 80 pound bag in high school...lol .

He was hitting wlad with everything and Wlad was still on his feet so his punching power is not that impressive. Wlad hit him with one shot and his brain was disconnected from his body and if not for his juice the fight was over.

I dunno... AJ almost decapitated him with an uppercut in the 11th round, then when Wlad was floored for the 3rd time he fell like a tree trunk... so there was that...
