He CLEARLY, and I say that with NO ILL INTENT, but CLEARLY says sooner OR LATER.

Not sooner THAN later as if he's calling out Parker for his next fight or 2. :---(

Wishful thinking for US boxing fans, but Im afraid for both political and financial purposes we're gonna be made to wait on this one.
