He do some weights for sure, of course its not like everyone who just train fitness for body. He is probably on smth. too, but that dosn`t matter to me. Boxing and martial arts are very, very tough sport and you train like mad, so your muslce need something. They can be full with only nutrition. To train boxing and gain mass its extremely difficult. Its even hard your body to recover from the hard trainings. So most of the boxers are probably or something, i cant say exactly on what, but they are on.
All jokes aside, I've read a Dr. that said that if a man over 40 gets the right PEDs, he will achieve more muscle NOT WORKING OUT AT ALL than a 40+ year old guy who is working out every day.

230 lbs was two years ago :roll: he's now 250 lbs, 20 lbs of lean muscle mass put on in two years, while already completely grown and nowhere near the condition to achieve "noob gainz", and.... he doesn't do weights :rofl This guy has an entire chemical lab dedicated to pump stuff in his butt But it's nice, it really is, because heavyweight boxing need those ripped muscular huge men otherwise people start *****ing about "out of shape hws of today" So go ahead, Joshua, put on more muscles, make the old timers embarrassed!
Catch up!! He was 230lb when he turned pro just two years ago, his last fight he was 250lb!! 20lb in 2 years and we are not supposed to raise an eyebrow at that? Not only does it look very suspicious its also ridiculous for an endurance athlete to do that to themselves. Hes not got used to fighting any kind of distance yet. Hasnt even got out of the third round! Once he goes past 4 for the first time you will see the effects of all that extra muscle on his stamina and it will be blamed for his loss and they will question the training methods.
He wasn't even talking about training. He meant he doesn't deal in kilos of weed any more, now that he's doing well as a professional boxer ... but can sort out a half ounce or less for his mates. ie. he "doesn't do weights", just little bits for personal use.
You can gain 20lbs of mass, even for 1 year, be you wont be lean at all. Not to mention when you training boxing. Without roids its impossible. With so much training session you need some insane recovery, and you can`t get this without roids and in the same time to gain lean muscle mass like mad, thats just can`t happen. Its obviously he roid big time. Just look at Klitschko body and look at AJ, its obvious AJ is juicing.
I dont know for Klitschko, but hes body seems natural. There isn`t obvious thing that he is jucing. And there is plenty of pics with his wife, on the beach and so on and he is looking completely normal for a training guy for so long. And he is been consistent with his power, strenght and with his weight in his career.
