That's what he means by weights.. all boxers uses the harness and shadows with 1kg dumbells.. everything is a force.. everything is a weight.. It's where you define the line..
You don't really bodybuild if it doesn't include bench presses.. of course they work the entire body by default though.. But if you don't bench press.. you can't call yourself a bodybuilder..

Maybe what he meant to say is that he only uses weights or uses weights all the time or that he was going to open a boxing gym with lots of weight sets.
Exactly. Joshua is training since he was a teenager, he can't physically gain 20 lbs in two years at 26. Add to that he needs to do a lot of cardio, and that he never bulked up with fat, and you have a naturally impossible individual. Like someone said, even his face looks like the result of hgh abuse
There are actually many photos where Joshua works with heavy weights at gym (squats, deadlift, barbells, etc). His training routine includes lifting weights 3 times per week - I know this for sure.
