Not read the comments yet but:

1. He took the shots as well as anybody else would- do you expect to not be wobbled when an elite superheavyweight hits you flush and full force?

2. A head guard gives you minimal, if any protection from being knocked out, the idea that you shouldn't get knocked out because you have a head guard on is only ever propagated by those who have never worn one....

3. You can't put muscles on your chin but Joshua is twice the size now he was there and I doubt if a guy that size would get as close to him as often due to what AJ was giving him back.

4. He had only been boxing 4 years then, he has been boxing 8 now. He is now far more technically skilled and able to avoid punches than he was then.

I don't know how good his chin will be, that tape is not embarrassing he took they shots about as well as can be expected. The big question marks will be when he fights someone who can dish it out back to him and how good his defence is, not his chin. Because if a heavyweight hits you flush you will be KOd regardless of how good your chin is.
