The irony is that Davison is the better trainer for Fury (don't be fat and use your boxing skills) and Hill is the better trainer for AJ (low IQ instructions, be da big dawg, land the RH).

Now AJ is going to be dodging pool noodles and trying to feint and outsmart people, all while feeling like he's back in primary school failing his times tables as Davison breaks down tape and tries to explain what's happening.

Hopefully Davison sticks around for 'AJ Wilder' so we can watch AJ trying to dodge Wilder's RH with the pool noodle head movement. How funny will that be.

 

He will look cute on instagram dodging the pool noodles though. He can even switch up the colors.

Is Ben Davison, who has never boxed, and hadn't stepped foot into a boxing gym until 6 years ago after being a PE teacher, really going to "break down tape" for anyone? Joshua isn't a boxing genius, but Ben Davison sure as **** isn't either. I'm surprised this con artist keeps getting clients especially after getting fired over and over when boxers realize he knows nothing.

It doesnt matter who is in his corner. At 34 years old and on the downslide of his career there isn't anyone who is going to change that. Only thing he can hope to achieve with a trainer is a good game plan. Someone who can critic his opponents weakness.

I seriously could not think of a worse trainer to have for AJ. Davidson's style will tire AJ out in the first few rounds with all the ducking and weaving and running off the backfoot.
