Ruiz will sign eventually, unless Haymon can keep the belts and keep the damage to a miimum tho, that is what Haymon will be looming at now. How much it's going to cost to stick 2 fingers up to Eddie and keep the belts against how much a court case is going to set them back.
Eddie ain't that stupid, he will have ruizs soul set in stone.

I still don't see how Joshua has little to no chance, it's Andy Ruiz jnr, not Ivan f**king Drago.

 

Just noticed how much bigger Ruiz's arms are compared to Joshua's at the weigh in. People really think the bodybuilder is superior physically to the blob apart from the height. The blobs much stockier, and stronger, the fat on top just hides that illusion.

 

It's interesting. Looking at their comparative body make up, Ruiz 5 inches shorter and 20lb's heavier at the weigh in. I mean, yeah he's got a bit (maybe a bit more) of a tub on him, but it does seem he's packing a solid amount of stuff underneath it.

 

Ruiz jnr could probably do with getting in better shape though, it's a bit of a ridiculous physique for a professional boxer and some people have this perception now that he's living proof that physique doesn't matter, he's just a freakish exception to the rough rules of how a heavyweight boxer should look. I still think he's a KO waiting to happen but who knows?

 

He put a stone on of fat just for that fight with Joshua. If he can maintain his speed with that extra timber then that’s a fair size weight to clobber AJ with.

I don’t mind a fat heavyweight. They don’t need to be adonis’s. I know you don’t rate Ruiz highly but he does have quality boxing skills which i would take over aesthetics any day.

 

Ruiz is very strong, dude can lift a fair bit. he has done some videos with that strength cartel mob on youtube that I have seen and those guys are utter monsters.

In some cases its better for a heavyweight to carry a bit of timber for the weight rather than muscle. More weight behind the punch and not as much muscle using up oxygen. There is a reason why Fury is able to dance round a ring for 12 rounds.
