Six feet six , 245lbs , 82 inch reach, what myths might have grown up around him?

Less then Primo, he’s regarded as a God by the highly educated.

He would have been regarded as an unbeatable freak and the real Primo Carnera in his day also.

He would be seen as invincible and rightly so. AJ would have destroyed the small, relatively unskilled heavies of that era. Not only is AJ big, but he's skilled as well. And then you add in the horse hair gloves he'd be hitting those blacksmiths and barroom brawlers with and it's goodnight Annie.

No one would want to fight the "giant negro" as he would have been known in 1905.

Yes he could possibly have been seen as a God of heavyweights, but he'd have to get past Marvin "Hard man '' Hart first!!

He'd have been arrested for multiple accounts of murder.

If Dave Allen went back to 1905 he’d batter everyone then would be worshiped as a god on boxing forums 100 years later by people saying he would beat a prime Lewis and Ali.

    Never mind joshua

Would snake oil salesman Hearns be beamed back too ?

No PED's, how is that working out ?

Fighting once a month in smoke filled dirty beer halls in front of a hostile crowd, how is that working out ? AKA , no coddling.

245 pounds he aint going 20,25 rounds in the blistering heat, he aint even going 15 in the 70's with that kind of mass, so how strong is he around 220 to 225 ?

Is there a 5'11 obese Mexican who can take his shots and make him quit ?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

He would not have to go 20 rounds. He'd be massacreing about 20 guys a night in 1 round apiece. He probably would eventually be banned from boxing.
