I think it's great that Joshua spars with the champ this early in his pro career.

He should learn a few things.

    Probebly bull****

Lots of these yanks talk some bollocks

Was talking to one guy just starting off boxing from martial arts and said that he would be able to go toe to toe with medzhidov once he got a bit of training and that he would do better than dychko did

I then aske this supposed soon to be world amatuer champion his name and he refused to give it

I agree looks to be a good camp. He's got guys with fast hands, good jabs and the right size. Pulev is in trouble.

It will be interesting to hear feedback on the Wladimir and Joshua sparring sessions. My bet is Wlad puts him on his ass. Lol

I'm afraid we won't hear anything about it, except the usual "the greatest sparring experience in my career, wlad is a great champ, good peoples yada yada".

Joshua is the british rising star, kinda what wildest is for americans, so whatever happens in the ring stays in the ring. His image must be protected, expecially considering that after all being owned by wlad doesn't mean much, there's too much experience and everything else difference.

On the other hand, to be able to hold your own against Wlad is a terrific sign.

Generally tyhese sparring sessions arent about "owning".

Some people seem to think that ever spar has fight level intensity. 90% of the time, they dont.
The main guy is just in there to work on something and get his stamina up.

Sure, i didn't mean that. I meant that sometimes the skills/power difference is big enough, at heavyweigths, that even a single well placed punch with not too bad intentions can knock someone down, or the cases in wich a light session ends up with 10 jabs landed to 2, stuff like that.

For example, it's a sure thing that it wasn't a war with Deontay Wilder, they all looked relaxed etc., but there's a very high probability Wilder has been down in that camp. Even with no bad intentions at all. It happens.

Remember that dumbass Johnny Nelson has been on live TV claiming Wlad invites the 'young British prospects' to 'bash them up early' and 'ruin them for life' and 'take away their fighting spirit'.
