AJ "We've got David Feathers (Haye) and Beyonce (Deontay) Wilder," he replied before laughing, saying: "I had to do it".

"All these guys talk about me all the time and it's negative, always negative, but sooner or later I'll be ramming my jab down their throat,"

"It's not a matter of if, it's just a matter of when when it comes to the likes of David Haye and Deontay Wilder because there has been no era of boxing where heavyweights, middleweights, welterweights haven't come together.

"We have to fight each other and that's just the way it's going to go."

If Haye comes through the Bellew fight with flying colours, no injuries etc, I think I'd rather see Joshua/Haye than any other HW fight at the moment.

Think Haye could be a dangerous fight for Joshua, both decent boxers, both have something to prove, two big bombers, both have speed, and one of them is probably getting knocked out. What's not to like?

Why does Haye get the shot, and get a luxurious payday which sets him up for life, when he has only managed just about,to beat a pumped up cruiserweight. After what Haye done with Klitschko(the toe) he dosent deserve the shot,if he cant get rid of effing Bellew, how can he get rid of Joshua.I'd say if Haye suffers a ko against AJ which is very likely, the size difference between the two,i would say is on the cusp of Dangerous, health wise for Haye.

Health wise, as far as serious head traumas go, I think Haye would be alright, it's not like he is a boxer who has been in a lot of wars or taken a lot of injuries to the head in his career, and AJ has knocked out guys in far worse condition and they were okay... after they regained their consciousness.

As for why Haye would deserve a shot... well that's a fair point, on merit and what he has done in recent years he doesn't deserve a shot. But this is boxing, and merit doesn't always matter, when all is said and done Haye is still a big draw, it would be a massive fight, and AJ would make more money in this fight than any other IMO.

I for one think it could be a cracker. (If Haye comes through Bellew unscathed that is).

I disagree, even though I like Haye I much rather see unification fights in the heavyweight division, it's time for some of that now. Haye vs Wythe would be fun as a undercard fight.

I think that fight would be too easy for Haye. Whyte is the new Chisora, he's just going to take too much punishment every time he faces guys who have a bit of pedigree and are well conditioned.

I disagree that with AJ that Wilder has to fight him

Wilder has consistently shown no intention of fighting anybody, other than dead bodies.

Joshua is guna make wilder into a good boy. But even he doesn't hit hard enough to make wilder into a good boxer.
