I think recent times have been kind to Aj's resume prior to fighting WK aswell, As the division stands Breazele and Whyte are both decent names now... you cant say the same for the names on Wilders record.

Not enough to think you are one of the best yet. He should be champ a while then he has clout.

i'd say AJ has clout because he's beaten wlad, something wilder's team dared not attempt.
the HW landscape is pretty sparse. wilder's name is only in the mix because of that.

It seems this might be Joshua’s response to his getting all the the negative feedback over his statement the other day about “not rushing into a Wilder fight”. His handlers may have told him he was looking like he lacked confidence and was not very bold and champion-esque saying things like that. Lol

I hope Joshua and Hearn pursue a Wilder fight after the Pulev (mandatory/waste of time)

But as we all know, Wilder will not take it unless he absolutely is forced to, and maybe not even then

AJ will smash Wilder long before 2020.

I agree Wilder is talking too much, but really both of them have not done much. Joshua has done much more just by having Vlad on his resume. I hope the fight happens when both get a little more experience.

    More experience ?

Wilder is not a spring chicken by boxing standards

The clown is in his early 30s and has had 38 professional fights

Joshua could improve with a few more good fights
, but Wilder is what he is. Windmill be damned!!!

age does not matter. Canelo has a lot of experience and he is 26.. Heavyweights in early 30s are not that old. It is a slower pace and age is not as big a deal. as we saw with Foreman and Holmes. Wilder needs more experience. His resume is very weak.

It boggles the mind that there really is quite a few people out there who think Deontay is the best HW right now.

Youtube is full of Wilder whackjobs.

Lol! Joshua vs Wilder is not competitive. It is very short one sided beat down Joshua is going to give Wilder.

Wilder's reached his prime and isn't going to get any better.

you could be right. I think reaching a peak is mental in Wilder's case.. He probably does not feel he can get any better.

I think he doesn't feel he needs to get any better. He seems oblivious to all his failings.
