I know mate, it's the main reason I don't really post here anymore. There's still a handful of decent posters but far too many muppets.

 

Everyone, including people who aren't really interested in boxing was talking about Eubank/Benn fight. No-one was excited about Joshua Vs Franklin and it still done 175k, Eubank Vs Benn would of smashed that number.

 

There's very very few left.

Wig, ALN39, Ex army are all the same poster. Safin and Jurgen ruined this forum. The aforementioned have ran it into the ground now.

The mods should close this sub for a year.

 

Eubank-Benn would have crossed over to mainstream media and casual punters for sure. It was going that way anyway; in the week the fight was called off, social media was full of z-listers (with big social followings) turning up at the launch party for a free booze-up.

Assume the pub market would have done well for DAZN given that likely audience - but you can bet kids seeing it on TikTok would be getting their parents to fork out too. Staging it after AJ has been on DAZN twice will probably give it even more of a chance.

None of this makes me want to see it but plenty will do.

Joshua sucks and he has the dumbest fanbase in world boxing for sure. Right in there alongside Wilder.

 

Joshua certainly wants to fight a 3rd time this year. He looks in great shape and seems well mentally. His KO over Helenius must full him with confidence. Another fight on December 23 is important and then hopefully the Saudis deliver Joshua and Wilder the money they originally offered them.
