Joshua is 14-0 he's done everything they've asked of him. He's still wet behind the ears. Needs bringing along steadily each fight upping the caliber of opposition. He'll be ready in about a year that's if he really does have the necessaries

Hello mate, sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I don't hate Wilder. He's done or said a few things that have irritated me but it's mainly his stoopid fans I don't like. The Charlie Z thing was absolutely pathetic. Charlie is quite clearly seriously mentally disturbed, if anyone doubts that for a second just ask yourself what sane person would after saying the the things he allegedly said to Wilder actually turn up to fight a 6′ 7″, 230lb pro HW who was something like 30-0 at the time, all his wins coming via KO, and was literally twice their size and was widely considered one of the hardest hitters in the entire sport? :patsch

The thing he said about Wlad having to come to the US to fight him was pathetic too, as was what he said about Povetkin. But other than that he seems like a pretty amiable chap and I don't actually mind him.

    I love that program.

Yeah he's done a lot of great stuff. I forget he was that young when he did that album. That's actually pretty scary.

That's a coming together of music royality of the highest order. I love Cash. Have you heard his American recordings albums?

I have Desire, The Basement Tapes (although the one I have only has about a dozen songs on it), Street Legal (haven't listened to that one properly yet though), and I used to have Blood on the Tracks and Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid too. I mistakenly thought Nashville Skyline was 1970s too but it was released in 1969. I like that one a lot as well.

    Cool. I love dogs.

:rofl You should've just come to a compromise. Disgraceful Glass Jaw, Savage Puncher Avoider or Roid would've been good alternatives lol

Yes it's in Crouch End. It would've been surreal as hell had I seen him walking about around there. I've passed by Ray Davies of the Kinks on the street a couple of times and quite a few other famous people around that way too. I love the Kinks as well.

I recall seeing both Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox in the street once around there too. I was very young then though.

Yeah I really like that kind of thing. I do remember really liking one of the only songs of his I have heard. That was a long time ago though.

    Yes I love my music.

Thanks I'll check those out and more of his stuff too.

OK. Try some Nick Drake if you aren't familiar with his stuff. I really like his sound. Just search for full albums of his on Youtube. There's only 3 of them on there (and one of demos). Try those Johnny Cash American recordings ones too.

    And you. :good

The upset could happen here. Whyte has nothing to lose and everything to gain. He has the tools and Banks in his corner.

Dillian has power, but he looked very hitable against Minto.
You wouldn't want to give AJ too many free shots.
Odds on AJ getting a title before 2020 are 1/12
    There's a reason for that - he's a beast

    Serge,

Don't ever worry about that mate.

I saw a thread a few days ago that had been bumped after about 7 years.

I agree about Charlie. He obviously has psychological issues. I saw it very briefly on YouTube. I was hoping he wasn't going to get hurt. I actually laughed at first, but then I found it quite disturbing. I did hear that Charlie had insulted Deontay's disabled daughter though. I don't know if that's true. Have you heard anything about that?

I don't mind him, and I think he's great for the division. There's some great characters and some exciting fights to be made. The thing that bothers me, is that he's walking around with the WBC belt, after doing nothing apart from beating Stiverne, who himself had done nothing apart from beat Arreola for the vacant belt. So he's now revelling in the limelight, which is fair enough, but he hasn't done anything. From what I've seen of him, I don't think he's a great fighter.

    I've never seen it.

    Unbelievable really.

I haven't. I'll check it out though. My cousin's recently emailed me saying that he's copied me loads of Richard Thompson's music (who's a great English folk musician) onto various CDs, and that he's also copied me JC's 'At Folsom Prison' as an extra treat for me. So I'm going to listen to that too.

All of those albums were great in their own right.

One of the best things I've ever heard from him, are the out takes of Blood on the Tracks. It's almost all of the songs from the album, but there's no band. It's just him on his own, acoustic. All of the songs are slowed down, and they're incredible.

    :rofl

    :good

I love The Kinks as well.

    Who else have you seen?

Didn't you once tell me that you'd bumped into Lennox Lewis?

Cool. Were you born in Crouch End then? Where do you live now?

He's great. I can't wait to see him again.

Yeah, give him a go. I went out on Wednesday with my Dad to see an American folk singer called Steve Forbert. He was great.

My Dad gave me a CD of Nick Drake's about 5 years ago, and I never got around to playing it. I don't even know what it is. I've never heard any of his songs. But I know exactly where it is at my Mom and Dad's house. It's covered in dust. But I'll get it next week and put it in the car. I'll let you know what I think of it after I've played it a few times.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend mate. Just reply back whenever you feel like it. It does matter when.

Whyte looks too slow to me.

He looks like a poor man's Dereck Chisora. Although Chisora looked awful the last time out.

Delboy is past his best but he has fought the top men in his time. Hes a strong european level fighter and a test for anyone in the 10-20 range.

Whyte is no where near world class, he wont have a chance against joshua. Id say they are different fighters though, del is a poor mans joe frazier. Whyte is rangier and hits a little harder but other than that del is much better.
