    Pretty interesting. AJ does various exercises on this video for different muscle groups. Pull ups, deadlift, squats, abs training, incline bench press, different cable tricep extentions, a lot of back exercises and others

    I realise this is specifically a HL of his strength training exercises, but Joshua seems to spend a lot of his time doing these static lifts and repetitive gym type isolation movements. If that's the bulk of his physical conditioning then it's no wonder he's so stiff in the ring.

    How much dynamic work does Joshua do, does anyone know?

    I’ve seen him doing sprints/sled workouts. And he does boxing training by the way, the only physical conditioning a boxer should be doing imo. There’s no point tiring yourself doing things that aren’t boxing specific. Get strong and powerful in the weight room, get fit and skilled doing your sport.
